This coffee has a unique story! Due to a mix-up during processing, a batch of natural coffee from Marangu was accidentally blended with washed coffee. Despite the initial setback, the result is a deliciously soft and sweet coffee with fruity strawberry notes. The beans come from a cooperative of farmers who grow their coffee in shaded areas, actively promoting women's participation in the cooperative. This community-driven approach supports sustainable, fair coffee production. The coffee undergoes a natural processing method, where the cherries are dried before the beans are extracted, creating a smooth, fruity cup.
